Would you like to submit a video for consideration?
We are interested in profiles of individuals whose work is at the forefront of their field, with a particular emphasis on the people, places, and things that our interviewees consider cutting-edge and inspirational. These video interviews can take many forms - a portrait, an impromptu walking tour, a goofy how-to - and utilize a number of mediums - archival film, animation, amateur ingenuity. The tone and narrative of the video should be as interesting and inspiring as the person featured in it. We are interested in newsmakers, authors, artists, designers, inventors, cultural figures, musicians, chefs, business innovators, scientists, inventors, and explorers - famous and not.

Submission guidelines are as follows:

• We only accept Vimeo and YouTube links sent to contribute@theavantgardediaries.com. No text/story-board pitches will be considered.
• Videos should run between thirty seconds and 3.5 minutes. Videos outside these times will NOT be considered.
• Up to two submissions at a time, no more.
• Only previously unpublished works will be considered for publication.
• Due to the volume of submissions we receive, we cannot respond to each. If you don't hear back from us after three weeks, you are welcome to submit further works for consideration.

Works submitted without reference to the above guidelines will not be considered.
