Hartmut Gassner has been a laywer since 1987, and very early on specialized in environmental law and legislation for renewable energy. His fields of work include climate protection, waste legislation, and municipal law. Hartmut is also the Vice President of BEE, a German renewable energy association, and advises the German parliament. For The Avant/Garde Diaries, he presents Arthur Huang, a Taipei-based innovator, architect, university professor, engineer, and entrepreneur. Rather than pointing out the earth’s environmental challenges, Huang dedicates all of his intellectual and physical capacities to creating sustainable products and building solutions.
