From Manhattan to Red Hook
Eddie Brannan, creative director and conceptual strategist from Manhattan takes us to the enchanting studio of Dustin Yellin. Yellin is an exceptional artist that focuses on 3D sculptures. His works are composed of a multitude of layers and so take different shapes depending on the angle they are looked at.
Yellin used to have a workspace in Manhattan but soon realized that he needed a larger one. He then moved out and found a great place in the desolate neighborhood Red Hook in Brooklyn. Besides working on his own projects Dustin invites other artist to use his space and exchange ideas. Not only his work itself but also his approach to the whole process of producing is pioneering.
