The Avant/Garde Diaries Project Space: Chris Black

This week The Avant/Garde Diaries is celebrating the first installment of a new series at our 372 Broome project space. Entitled "Analogue/Visual," the exhibition series is an experiment in bringing the visual worlds of our favorite blogs to life.

The first installment features the curatorial touch of Chris Black, creator of Words For Young Men. Based in New York City, Black injects that quintessential "A-ha!" moment into reality's often over-looked details. Part collector, part conscriptor, and part Ferris Bueller, Chris reminds us that life moves pretty fast, and if you don't stop and look around once in a while, you might miss it.
